2. Orders & Customization
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Custom packaging orders are manufactured based on the specifications provided by the customer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all proofs, designs, and specifications before production.
- We are not liable for errors in customer-provided artwork, content, or measurements once approved.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless prior credit terms have been approved.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer shipping across the USA and select international locations.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Returns or refunds are only accepted for defective products or errors on our part.
- Any claim for defective goods must be made within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos.
